REMET UK’s Aqua J 100 is a high quality jewellery wax intended for the production of small, finely detailed wax patterns. It is designed for use in the small, air pressurised melting/injection pots commonly used in the jewellery trade.
Aqua J 100 is also ideally suitable for gravity pouring into silicone rubber moulds for small figurines and Rapid Prototype parts.
Aqua J 100 has physical properties ideally suited for the production of patterns from silicone rubber moulds. Its low melt viscosity ensures that it fills even the most intricate details, giving very accurate reproduction of the mould cavity. It has a quick set-off, enabling rapid production rates, but retains enough flexibility to allow the waxes to be safely removed from awkward moulds. It has a low ash content and will not contaminate the mould cavity when burnt out.
The material is available in a variety of attractive and practical colours and is supplied in pastillated (pellet) form.
