If you are dissatisfied with any product from us, please return them in their original packaging within 7 working days stating your reason for doing so.
On receipt of your goods, we will happily give you a full refund or replacement goods, should your order have been faulty. Our technical advice, whether verbal, or in writing is given in good faith, but without warranty – this also applies where proprietary rights of third parties are involved. It does not release you from the obligation to test the products supplied by us as to their suitability for the intended process and use.
Refunds will not be accepted if they are in an un-saleable condition.
